great view from breakfast area
We stayed in this hotel for one night during our visit to Machu Picchu and Wayna Picchu in October. We arrived at night by train and at first, we thought the hotel was right by the train station. Theres another hotel with similar name. We had to leave early morning for our Tour. We had to leave our luggage for storage and the hotel staff was very accommodating. The person at the front desk said that they had a locker and if we wanted, they can also deliver to the train station. We decided to just pick up our luggage at the hotel after we get back. We were satisfied with our stay especially with the good rate. We selected this hotel based on recommendation of the tour agency and it had good reviews on TripAdvisor. The customer service is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.
